Music from the Sole is a NYC-based tap dance company and live music ensemble that merges Afro-Brazilian rhythms and music with the great American tap tradition. The unique challenge in releasing the company’s debut self-titled album has been in translating what was created as a live band and tap dance show, into an audio-only experience.
